Who Am I?
My name is Jeremy Quinn Butler, Serial Entrepreneur, Social Media Strategist and Filmmaker. Imma Texan by birth but I think my heart is in either Cali or NY. I hold a Master of Arts Degree in Media and Communication, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and an Associate of Applied Arts Degree from KD Studio in Dallas, TX.
I have served in Non Profit and Faith Based Organizations for over 10 years in an array of leadership positions. My hope is to see people and organizations succeed at their passion(s).
Last, I enjoy Search Engine Optimization (like all the time… I’m kind of a geek) and Connecting with Others and Spending time with his Family and Friends.
DESIGN PROCESS
Round 1: Discovery
During the Discovery stage, all project team members will participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions to identify the optimal features and architecture to engage users, successfully meet the said goals, and plan the development of the site so frontend and backend programming can move quickly and efficiently. By the end of the Discovery stage, the development team and the client will have a clear feature list to begin development.
**All are encouraged to take part in the Discovery stage by attending 1 formal meetings where the team comes together to refine the feature list and architect the site.**
Round 2: Development
During Round 2 development the website will be created with scalability in mind. The development modules below will be created within the existing framework currently online on a URL I’ll provide in the near future. The modules will be added to the current website and integrated seamlessly. Development will be broken into several modules.
Development modules will include:
- Photo Galleries
- Video Galleries
- Image Sliders
- Page Layout and Development
- The buying of Additional Resources and Pictures
- Newsletter Signup
- Contact Forms
**Should further functional requirements arise following the Discovery stage, they will be included in Round 3.**
Round 3: Reviews and Revisions
Following Round 2 of development the client will have the opportunity to make changes and revisions to the existing features of the website.
Round 4: Implement changes, Bug testing and Launch
The final stage involves implementing the changes from the Round 3 process and thoroughly testing the website to ensure no bugs appear and usability is perfect.Project and Scheduling
Scope of Project
Total billable hours are estimates only which are based on current needs of the client. Work will commence on an hourly basis.
