Inside of all of us is the potential or pursuit to be great at something (be it business, sports, the arts, service and etc. )! I don’t believe there is anything wrong with wanting to be great. The issue is motivation. Why does someone want to be great? Greatness goes beyond the superficial of wanting to be rich or wealthy. Greatness is about your service and leadership with and to other people.

In order to be great at “that thing that’s birthing inside of you” we have to identify 6 things:

1. Discover Your Passion
2. Discipline Yourself
3. Develop the Necessary Skill Sets
4. Discharge Yourself from Traditional Thinking
5. Decide to find a Mentor
6. Drive and Ride Everyday
